Paolo Farina

Paolo Farina has a diverse work experience in the fields of corporate M&A, financial analysis, and audit. Paolo is currently serving as a Corporate M&A Manager at Cooper Consumer Health. Prior to that, Paolo worked at Accuracy, where they held the roles of Associate and Analyst. In these positions, they gained experience in financial buy-side and sell-side due diligence, cash forecasting, legal proceedings assistance, and quantification of financial damages for claims. Before joining Accuracy, Paolo worked as an M&A Intern at Altran, where they were involved in analyzing acquirable companies and preparing investment teasers and Information Memorandums. Paolo also has experience as an Audit Intern at EY. Overall, Paolo has demonstrated a strong background in financial analysis and M&A, with a focus on due diligence and financial modeling.

Paolo Farina attended HEC Paris from 2013 to 2018, where they pursued a Master's degree in Management (Programme Grande Ecole). In 2015, they participated in a Summer program at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Prior to that, they attended Lycée Michelet, Vanves from 2011 to 2013, where they completed a Classe préparatoire HEC.
