Michael specialises in strategy, management consulting and PMO. He has successfully supported assignments with Big 4 advisory firms, boutique strategy firms placing candidates from Senior Associate to Partner level. Furthermore, Michael has assisted many public sector clients in their nationalisation. He has managed complex project-based appointments mainly in the UAE and KSA market including helping the expansion of the Ministry’s Project Management and Strategy Management Offices.
