Belinda Winter

Belinda Winter is a senior associate at Ashurst, where they have worked since April 2005. Belinda became a partner at Cooper Grace Ward in February 2011.

Belinda Winter holds a Bachelor of Business from Queensland University of Technology, where they majored in Human Resource Management. Belinda also holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Queensland University of Technology. In addition, Belinda Winter is certified as a Mental Health First Aid Instructor by Mental Health First Aid Australia and as a NMAS Nationally Accredited Mediator 2020 to 2022 by the Australian Mediation Association.

They are on a team with Brady Cockburn - Partner, Neil Hawthorne - Special Counsel, and Ben Williams - Special Counsel. Belinda Winter reports to Chris Ward, Founding Partner.
