Cynthia Floryance

Cynthia Floryance has over 13 years of experience in product engineering and configuration roles. Cynthia started their career at Schneider Electric as a Product Technician before moving on to Cooper Lighting, where they worked as a Product Engineer. At Cooper Lighting, Cynthia developed new products and coordinated changes in bills of materials and drawings. Cynthia then joined Rockwell Automation as a Product Configuration Engineer, where they created and maintained manufacturing specifications for new product introduction projects. Cynthia also collaborated with different teams to ensure timely release of new products and coordinated offshore teams to reduce implementation and testing time. In their most recent role as a Product Stewardship Lead Engineer at Cooper Lighting Solutions, Cynthia ensured materials and products met customer and government environmental certifications and requirements while also educating engineering teams on environmental and product compliance procedures.

Cynthia Floryance has a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon. Additionally, they hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Quality and Productivity from Universidad Tecmilenio.
