Kim Nalin has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, primarily in the lighting industry. Kim started their career as a Human Resource Supervisor at Cooper Lighting in 2000 and later became a Human Resource Manager. In 2006, they joined Cooper Wiring Devices as a Senior Human Resource Manager, where they worked until 2013. During their time at Cooper Wiring Devices, they gained experience in various HR functions. In 2013, they joined Eaton as a Division HR Manager, responsible for partnering with different business functions such as Sales, Finance, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations. In 2019, they were promoted to the role of Director, HR at Eaton. Kim remained in this position until 2020 when they joined Cooper Lighting Solutions as a Human Resources Director.
Kim Nalin holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management, General from Georgia Southwestern State University, which was obtained from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, Nalin completed a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from the same university, spanning from 1994 to 1998. In addition to these educational achievements, Nalin also obtained a certification in Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn in the year 2020.
