Maureen Bair

Maureen Bair has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Maureen currently holds the position of Head of Commercial Finance at Cooper Lighting Solutions since October 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Eaton - Lighting as the Director of Accounting & Reporting - Cooper Lighting Solutions from March 2019 to October 2020, and as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis - Lighting Division - Electrical Products Segment from April 2018 to March 2019. Maureen also has experience at Eaton, where they held various roles including Division Controller - Wiring Devices - Electrical Products Segment from September 2016 to April 2018, and Plant Controller - Aerospace Segment from December 2013 to September 2016. Maureen has also worked as a Lead Financial Analyst and Finance & Accounting Manager in different segments at Eaton. Before Eaton, they worked as a Senior Financial Auditor and Brand Management Analyst at VF Corporation. Maureen Bair began their career at Eaton as a Financial Analyst in their Leadership Development Program.

Maureen Bair received their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree in Accounting, with Magna Cum Laude honors, from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business in the period of 2002 to 2006. During their undergraduate studies, they also participated in a Study Abroad Program focused on International Business at Audencia in 2004. In terms of additional certifications, Maureen became a Certified Public Accountant through the North Carolina State Board of CPA Examiners in 2012 and obtained the Certified Management Accountant designation in 2009 from the Certified Management Accountant: CMA® institution.
