Payal Kapoor

Payal Kapoor is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Leader at Cooper Lighting Solutions since June 2021. Prior to this role, Payal held the position of Senior Human Resource Generalist at Honeywell from August 2017 to April 2021 and worked as an HR Business Partner at Aircel between January 2015 and February 2017. Additional experience includes a role as Manager HR for Henkel in late 2014 and a substantial tenure as Senior Manager - HR at Idea Cellular Ltd (Aditya Birla Group) from June 2008 to August 2014.
