Jill Ojserkis

Jill Ojserkis is a Partner at Cooper Levenson, Attorneys at Law, where Jill serves as Chair of the Health Law Practice Group since April 2010, focusing on health law by representing hospitals, medical staffs, and various providers in corporate, transactional, and nonprofit taxation matters. Prior to this role, Jill was a Partner at Fox Rothschild from June 1985 to April 2010, where Jill similarly specialized in health law and served as General Counsel to the New Jersey Hotel & Lodging Association for over 20 years. Jill holds an LL.M from the University of Miami School of Law, a J.D. from Widener University Schools of Law, and a BS/BA in Marketing from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
