Nina Teirelbar

Nina Teirelbar has extensive experience in human resources, with various roles in different companies. Nina is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Cooper Machinery Services since July 2023. Prior to that, they served as the VP of Global HR at Fortive from May 2021 to July 2023. Before that, they worked as a Senior HR Consultant for their own business from March 2018 to April 2021. Nina also held the position of Global Human Resources Director at Solmax from September 2012 to December 2017. In addition, Nina worked as an Area Human Resources Manager at Baker Hughes from January 2006 to July 2010, and as a Senior Human Resources Information System Analyst at Halliburton from 2002 to 2006.

Nina Teirelbar has pursued a variety of educational opportunities throughout their career. Nina obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, where they studied from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from HEC Alger (formerly known as INC) between 2002 and 2004. Nina Teirelbar's education journey began at Algiers University, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Art/Art Studies from 1997 to 2001.

In addition to their formal education, Nina Teirelbar has also obtained several professional certifications. In 2012, they became a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) through the HRCI (Human Resources Certification Institute). Most recently, in March 2020, they achieved the Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) certification from WorldatWork.
