Annemarie Kleabir possesses extensive experience in finance and accounting with a strong focus on leadership and operational oversight. Currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Finance at Cooper Standard since October 2017, Annemarie has held multiple senior finance roles including global automotive controller and internal audit and compliance leader, overseeing activities across the United States, Mexico, Poland, and China. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Accounting Officer/Controller at Rock Ventures LLC, where Annemarie directed accounting efforts for over 40 entities, and a Senior Manager role at Deloitte & Touche LLP focusing on financial reporting. Annemarie's earlier career includes leadership in accounting at Chrysler LLC and audit management at Ernst & Young. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Michigan and a Master of Science in Finance from Walsh College.
