Varun Dua

Varun Dua currently serves as Vice President of M&A and Strategic Finance at Tenneco, beginning in March 2024, after a planned job break during which Varun was self-employed. Prior to this, Varun held various leadership roles, including Executive Director of Acquisitions and Divestitures, and positions at Visby Medical, Walmart, Baker Hughes, GE Healthcare, and Ernst & Young. A notable achievement includes building the financial infrastructure for Visby Medical from its inception to a unicorn status. Varun has a strong background in finance leadership, operational management, and strategic planning, supported by advanced degrees from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and other prestigious institutions. Additionally, Varun is a Chartered Accountant and has extensive experience in the oil and gas, healthcare, and retail sectors.
