Bob Johnson

Bob Johnson is an accomplished tax executive with extensive experience in global tax functions. As Vice President of Tax at Cooper-Standard Automotive since January 2005, Bob has focused on developing and implementing comprehensive global tax strategies and advising on transaction-related issues in mergers and acquisitions. Previously, as Director of International Tax at Visteon Corporation, Bob led a team in managing worldwide tax reduction initiatives and foreign audits. Bob's career also includes a role as Senior Tax Counsel at Pharmacia & Upjohn, where responsibilities involved merger activities and tax matters for the Asia/Pacific region, and as Senior Tax Manager at Price Waterhouse, providing tax consultation and compliance services. Bob holds a JD in Tax from Michigan State University College of Law and a BBA in Accounting from Western Michigan University.
