Hayle Oswell

Hayle` Oswell is a Human Resources Associate at Q2 Management Inc. since August 2018, with a diverse background in education and support services. In addition to current work, Hayle` has been a Substitute Teacher for Greenville County Schools since November 2015, focusing on inspiring students. Prior experience includes roles as a Direct Support Professional at Community Options, Inc., where Hayle` empowered adults with disabilities, and as a Recruiter for Onin Staffing, managing employee placements. Hayle` served as a Lead Counselor at YMCA of Greenville, developing educational programs, and has a history as a Spoken Word Artist, promoting self-expression and confidence. Previous positions also include Human Resources Manager at Lowe's Home Improvement and supervisory roles at Dick's Sporting Goods and Shoe Carnival. Hayle` holds a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Aspects of Health from Grand Canyon University and two additional degrees, including an Associate of Arts from Greenville Technical College.
