Jonathan P. Banas

Jonathan Banas is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Cooper Standard since September 2015, Jonathan has previously held key positions at TRW Automotive, including Director of Financial Reporting and Senior Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Corporate Accounting and Financial Reporting at Hayes Lemmerz International and President of 664 Consulting Group, PC. With a solid foundation in audit and assurance from KPMG, Jonathan holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Michigan and a BBA in Accounting from Wayne State University.
