Luiz Felipe Campos

Luiz Felipe Campos is a seasoned professional in manufacturing engineering and maintenance, currently serving as the Senior Regional Manager at Cooper Standard since December 2011, where leadership spans across 10 manufacturing facilities in North America. With extensive experience managing multifunctional teams and implementing Lean Manufacturing principles, Luiz has contributed significantly to productivity, safety, and quality improvements. Additional roles at Cooper Standard include Engineering Manager, Regional Master Trainer TWI, and Tooling Designer Supervisor. Luiz also has involvement with the Lean Community as Head of Lean Manufacturing & Standardized Work streams, and prior experience includes design roles at Steammaster and Café Bom Dia. Luiz holds an MBA in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Grupo Educacional UNIS.
