Marko Pil

Marko Pil is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Cooper Standard since 2017, where responsibilities include supporting department leaders in various HR-related matters such as payroll processes, recruitment needs, training development, and onboarding. Prior to this role, Marko was a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Cooper Standard, focusing on recruitment processes and employee development plans. Earlier experience includes working as a Recruitment Specialist at Trizma, providing recruitment services to SR-Technics, along with roles as a trainee in both the Administration and Hiring departments. Marko holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Human and Social Resources from the Faculty of Security Studies.
