Ole Hammer

Ole Hammer has extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Director of Product Development for Fluid Systems Europe at Cooper Standard since 2006, where responsibilities include leading R&D for coolant lines, brake lines, and fuel lines. Previously, Ole was the Director of Research & Development for Emission and Thermal Management at Cooper Standard, overseeing automotive emission products. Prior to this, Ole held the Director role of Industrial Engineering for Fluid Handling Systems at ITT and managed Lean Manufacturing practices at Valeo. Ole began a career in automotive engineering as a Process Engineer at Thermal Werke. Ole holds a Diplom Ingenieur degree in Maschinenbau from Leibniz Universität Hannover.
