Radosław Winiarek

Tomasz Rados is a financial officer at the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency, with experience dating back to 2006 in various roles within the European Commission and other organizations. Previous positions include financial correspondent/project assistant in the Directorate-General for Structural Reform Support, member of the Stakeholder's Council at the University of Warsaw, and coordination team member at the European Defence Agency. Rados also served as president of Network PL and held roles at the European Commission as a contract agent and programme manager/policy officer. Educationally, Rados holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Warsaw.
