Tao Nie

Tao Nie has extensive experience in product design and development, serving as Manager at Cooper Standard Automotive since February 2006, where responsibilities include leading engineering teams, managing cross-functional projects, and implementing product development processes with a focus on customer needs. Prior to this role, Tao Nie worked for ITT Industries for over a decade, where skills included managing product development and training Black Belts in Six Sigma methodologies. Earlier experience includes R&D roles at TI Automotive and other organizations, contributing to significant advancements in fuel and brake systems, and teaching at Beijing University of Chemical Technology. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Michigan State University, an MS in Material Science and Engineering from Wayne State University, and a BS in Polymer Science and Technology from Beijing University of Chemical Technology.
