Saloni Kolhatkar currently serves as a Product Design and Development Manager at Danone Nutricia Research, specializing in innovation for infant formula within Specialized Nutrition R&I. Prior experience includes a role as Product Developer at Joannusmolen BV Organic Baby Food, where focus was on establishing a specification management system and product development projects. Saloni also completed a Master Thesis internship at Unilever in the Future Flavour team, interned at Joannusmolen BV for baby-food grade snacks, and worked with The Kraft Heinz Company and Givaudan in various R&D capacities. Saloni holds an extensive educational background, including a European Master’s in Food Studies and a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology, complemented by minors in International Food Safety Management and Food Systems in Transition.
