Tom Stimson

Tom Stimson is a seasoned engineering and product development executive with extensive experience in the automotive and fluid systems industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering and Product Development at Cooper Standard since July 2019, Tom oversees Global Fluids Engineering with a focus on developing product strategies for the Battery Electric Vehicle market. Previously, as Global Engineering Director at TI Automotive, Tom directed the engineering of fuel-carrying systems and led the strategic direction for various products. Additional roles include Managing Director at TI Automotive, Vice President of Technology Advancement at The Timken Company, and VP of Global Engineering Technology at GKN Driveline. Tom holds an MBA in Financial Studies from Syracuse University and a BSME from Lawrence Technological University.
