Andrew L. Hines

Andrew L. Hines, MBA, MCPM, CSM has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Andrew L. is currently serving as the Global Vice President of Product Development and Engineering at HAVI since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President, Solution Design-North America at Sodexo from October 2020 to May 2023.

Mr. Hines also held the position of VP, Business Development and Strategy at Alcue, Inc. from August 2019 to September 2020. In this role, they oversaw new business development strategies, worked with leadership teams to develop growth strategies, and consulted with clients to identify their business objectives.

Their previous experiences include roles at Cisco Jasper, Verizon Wireless, AT&T, Cingular Wireless, and Bellsouth Cellular Corp. At Cisco Jasper, Mr. Hines served as the Director of IoT Program - Service Delivery from June 2016 to February 2019, where they led a matrix team in delivering client projects and improving operational efficiencies. Andrew L. also worked as the Director of IoT Product Management, where they managed the product roadmap and built relationships with key accounts.

During their time at Verizon Wireless, Mr. Hines held the position of Associate Director of Product Management from August 2008 to April 2014. Andrew L. led a team in developing and launching new products and services, implemented Agile methods to improve workflow, and boosted customer satisfaction scores.

At AT&T, Mr. Hines served as the Senior Manager of Data Center Development from July 2006 to August 2008. Andrew L. played a key role in supporting contract negotiations with Apple and driving increased revenue.

Andrew L. began their career at Bellsouth Cellular Corp as a Senior Manager of BSS Technology Strategy and later as a Radio Frequency Engineering Manager.

Andrew L. Hines, MBA, MCPM, CSM has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Andrew L. also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Pfeiffer University and a Masters Certification in Project Management (MCPM) from Villanova University. Andrew has pursued executive business and product management strategy education at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. In addition to their academic achievements, they have obtained certifications in Real Estate from the Georgia Real Estate Commission and as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from VMEdu Inc.
