Vicky Palmer

Vicky Palmer is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in regulatory compliance and ethics. Currently serving as Senior Counsel for Global Ethics & Compliance at Cooper Standard since July 2020, Vicky oversees compliance matters across the organization. Prior roles include Global Regulatory Compliance Specialist at E3 Strategic Partners, LLC, where Vicky provided clients with comprehensive support regarding regulatory requirements and established monitoring systems for compliance. Vicky also practiced law at the Law Offices of Victoria S. Palmer, PLLC, focusing on regulatory compliance and federal appeals, and served as Associate Attorney at Lampertius & Associates, PLC, where Vicky worked on tax and estate planning issues. Earlier career experience includes serving as Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Michigan. Vicky holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Michigan State University.
