Jaikob has held various roles in the construction industry, starting as a Project Engineering Intern at BGCA. Jaikob then worked as a Project Management Intern at Gray Construction before moving on to Cooper Steel where Jaikob has held several positions including Preconstruction Estimator, Preconstruction Manager, Business Unit Manager Preconstruction, Director of Preconstruction, and currently holds the title of VP - Business Unit Sales.
