Steven Flinchum

Steven Flinchum is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the construction and property management sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Estimator at Cooper Steel since May 2017, Steven has progressed from Estimator to Estimator Internship within the company. In addition, Steven has been self-employed since 2012, managing and maintaining rental properties. Previous experience includes working as a Warehouse Employee at Castellini Company from May 2013 to April 2017, where responsibilities included forklift operation and participation in the Safety Committee, as well as a brief stint as a Laborer at Stegman Construction, involved in remodeling high-end historic homes. Steven holds a degree in Construction Management from Northern Kentucky University, earned between 2012 and 2018.
