Mohammad Addar

Mohammad Addar is an experienced professional with a strong background in operational excellence and continuous improvement methodologies. Currently serving as the Operational Excellence Manager and previously as Operational Excellence Lead / Master Black Belt at Cooper University Health Care, Mohammad has led numerous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean/Six Sigma approaches. In addition to this role, Mohammad is an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Medicine at Cooper Medical School of Rowan University since 2019. Prior experience includes serving as a Corporate Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and LSS Deployment Lead at SDI, as well as a Strategic Operations Analyst - Black Belt at Express Scripts. Early career roles encompassed operations management at Medco Health Solutions Inc, focusing on workflow management and employee development. Mohammad holds a Bachelor of Science in Business / Information Systems from DeVry University and a Certificate of Graduate Study in Computational Data Analytics from Rowan University.
