Marie-Laure Demiere

Marie-Laure DEMIERE is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as the Group General Counsel at Cooper Consumer Health since July 2021, Marie-Laure has held the position of Legal Director at Laboratoire Cooper since July 2004. Prior roles include Director of Legal Projects at Kering from 1998 to 2004 and Legal Manager at SARA LEE H&BC from 1996 to 1998. Earlier in Marie-Laure's career, experience includes project responsibilities at several law firms and a legal position at Henkel from 1988 to 1991, as well as a position as Study Officer at Eurolink Conseil. Academic qualifications include a DESS in Business Law and Commercial Contracts and a Doctorate in Business Law, Competition, and Intellectual Property from the University of Law Montpellier.
