Addisu Getachew

Addisu Getachew has extensive experience in human capital management, currently serving as the Manager of Human Capital Outsourcing at Cooperative Bank of Oromia since July 2015. Previous roles at the same institution include Acting Manager of the HR Outsourcing Management Team and HRD Expert. Prior to that, Addisu held the position of Personnel Clerk at the Cooperative Bank of Oromia and worked as a Personnel Officer at East African Holding Share Company. Addisu holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Addis Ababa University (2005-2009) and completed the Ethiopian Leaving School Certificate in Social Sciences at SOS Senior Secondary School (1997-2000).
