Sisay Fikadu

Sisay Fikadu is an experienced professional in the banking sector, currently serving as the Senior Director of Strategy and Transformation at Cooperative Bank of Oromia since February 2022. Prior to this role, Sisay held the position of Director of Digital Strategy and Transformation at the same bank from January 2018 to February 2022. Sisay's career began at the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia as a Customer Service Officer from October 2014 to December 2016. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Economic Policy Management from Makerere University (2016-2017) and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Addis Ababa University (2012-2014).
