Tesfaye Kebede

Tesfaye Kebede has over a decade of experience at the Cooperative Bank of Oromia, where roles have included Enterprise Resources Planning Project Team Lead, Manager of Talent Acquisition and Onboarding, Manager of HR Relations, Human Resource Expert, Human Resources Officer, Associate Human Resource Management Officer, and Graduate Trainee. In addition, Tesfaye has served as the Manager of Human Capital since December 2012. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from Addis Ababa University, obtained in August 2023, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the University of Gondar, completed in June 2011.
