Yonas Muleta

Yonas Muleta is an experienced professional in the agricultural sector, currently serving as a Cooperative and Agricultural Banking Business Development Officer at the Cooperative Bank of Oromia since August 2022. Prior to this role, Yonas worked as a Lecturer at Mattu University from October 2018 to August 2022 and served as a Research Assistant at the Southern Agricultural Research Institute (SARI) from June 2016 to October 2018, where the focus was on developing agricultural technologies for food security and sustainable resource management. Yonas also worked as an Agronomist at Almeta Impex P.L.C for a brief period in early 2016. Academically, Yonas holds a Master's degree in Applied Horticulture/Horticulture Operations from Jimma University and a Bachelor's degree in Horticulture from Ambo University, complemented by a certificate in Natural Science from Kombosha Secondary and Preparatory School.
