Mitch Waks is a Certified Senior Advisor with extensive work experience in the home care industry. Mitch served as the CEO of Cooperative Home Care, a full-service Home Health Agency, from 1986 onwards. Additionally, they were a member of the National Private Duty Association from 2000 to 2012. Mitch Waks also held positions as a Board Member in both the National Association of Home Care and the Missouri Alliance for Home Care from 1986 to 2012.

Mitch Waks, a Certified Senior Advisor, has a diverse educational background. From 1986 to 1989, they attended Maryville University of Saint Louis and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Education with a focus on English Literature and Education. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Parkway North High School from 1976 to 1980, where they pursued a general studies curriculum. In addition to their formal education, Mitch Waks has also acquired two additional certifications. In July 2016, they became an Auctioneer certified by the State of Missouri. In September 2011, they obtained the CSA (Certified Senior Advisor) certification from the Certified Senior Advisor institution.
