Lauren Livesey has been working in the museum and heritage sector since 2011. Lauren began their career as an Events Intern at Kentwell Hall - House, Gardens & Events in 2011. Lauren then moved on to Harewood House Trust as an Events Assistant in 2012. In 2013, they worked as a Care Journey Expert at Bupa. Lauren then joined Bronte Parsonage Museum in 2014, where they held the roles of Audience Development Officer - Events, Collections Assistant and Museum Manager. In 2020, they began working as a Partnerships Manager at Cooperative Innovations Ltd, where they work with external museum and heritage partners to bring their collections onto the Curatours platform.

Lauren Livesey obtained their Bachelor's degree in English from the University of Exeter between 2007 and 2010. Lauren then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Country House Studies from the University of Leicester between 2010 and 2011.
