Dave Hicking

Dave Hicking currently serves as the Agency Partnerships Manager at Laravel, a position held since May 2025. Prior to this role, Dave was the Product Manager at UserScape from December 2022 to May 2025, where responsibilities included direct collaboration with the company founder, customers, and support & development teams, overseeing sales, marketing, project management, and product management for key products HelpSpot and LaraJobs. From October 2014 to December 2022, Dave held multiple roles at Tighten, ultimately serving as the Head of Client Services, where oversight of client relationships and project management was key, in addition to previous roles focused on operations. Earlier experience includes serving as the Head of Technology at Yale University from September 2016 to April 2018, managing the IT operations of Beinecke Library. Dave holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Connecticut.
