Jon Mandell

Jon Mandell has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2001, they worked at AT&T Wireless in receivables management. Jon then co-founded Preferred Wellness Plans in 2003 and served as its Managing Director. In 2005, Mandell joined PubSub Concepts as the Vice President of Operations & Finance. Jon co-founded Confabb.com in 2006 and served as its Chief Operating Officer. In 2008, they joined 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC. as the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Customer Experience. During their tenure, they also served as the Vice President and General Manager of the Celebrations Group. From 2017 to 2019, Mandell worked at Teneo as a Managing Director, providing strategic counsel to CEOs/CMOs. In 2017, they became an Advisor at CommerceNext and joined SmartGift as an Advisory Board Member. Finally, in 2023, Mandell joined Cooper's Hawk Winery and Restaurants as the Chief Customer and Marketing Officer.
