Susan Lucas

Susan Lucas has extensive experience in technology and IT leadership roles. Susan started their career at Accenture as a Senior Manager from 1992 to 1997. Susan then worked as a Senior Manager at Ciber Global from 1997 to 2000, and as the Vice President of Technology Services at Scout Information Services from 2000 to 2005. In 2005, they became a Management Consultant and Interim IT Executive at RSM US LLP. Susan joined Famous Dave's as the Director of IT from 2006 to 2012, where they implemented strategic plans and successfully completed a HRIS implementation. Susan then worked at Velocity Technology Solutions as the Senior Director of Acquisition PMO and IT, where they managed the integration of three acquired companies. From 2014 to 2017, they served as the VP of Technology at Target, where they implemented program management processes to resolve a data breach and attain PCI compliance. From 2017 to 2020, they were the Senior VP of Technology at Cooper's Hawk Winery and Restaurants, where they aligned technology with business objectives and led the implementation of tools to support the growth of the company's wine club. Susan currently holds the role of Chief Information Officer at Cooper's Hawk Winery and Restaurants, where they continue to focus on technology alignment and strategic planning.

Susan Lucas studied Business Administration and Computer Science at the University of St. Thomas, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree. In 2011, they obtained a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
