Tamiko Haeusel has over 30 years of work experience, starting in 1991 as a Front Desk Manager at Disneyland Paris. Tamiko then joined The Walt Disney Company in 1995 and held various roles, including Resort Operations/Organizational Development, Product Specialist/Event Design, Team Leader Events and Training, Food & Beverage Operations Integration Manager, and Project Manager, F&B Strategy & Development. In these roles, Tamiko led initiatives to optimize portfolio offerings, develop new strategies and processes, and drive sales growth. Tamiko also oversaw operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across Walt Disney Parks and Resorts. Currently, Tamiko is the Director of Strategic Projects and New Experiences at Cooper's Hawk Winery and Restaurants.
Tamiko Haeusel obtained a Federal Diploma in Business Administration with a specialization in Tourism and Travel Services Management from the Verkehrs Schule St. Gallen in Switzerland.
