Carlos Ortiz

Carlos Ortiz is a seasoned professional in the field of chemistry and product development, currently serving as the Sr. Director and OneVision Program Co-Lead at CooperVision since January 2007. With extensive experience leading teams focused on product and technology introductions, capacity enhancement, and automation projects, Carlos has previously held positions such as Director of Life Cycle Management and Director of Global Technical Innovations Group Europe, managing global teams to drive product development and market strategy. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Dow Chemical as a Chemistry Research Leader and Dupont Dow Elastomers, L.L.C as a Sr. Technology Chemist, where Carlos contributed to the development of innovative chemical solutions. Carlos holds a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Florida and a BS in Chemistry from Purdue University.
