Christopher Smith is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in digital and omnichannel marketing within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the Director of Omnichannel Marketing at Intercept Pharmaceuticals since April 2023, Christopher previously held senior roles including Director of Digital and Multichannel Marketing at Gilead Sciences and Director at Immunomedics prior to its acquisition by Gilead. With earlier experience at companies such as Merck, Grey Healthcare Group, and Novartis, Christopher has demonstrated expertise in developing and executing digital strategies, managing teams, and optimizing campaigns focused on patient engagement and brand promotion. Christopher holds a Master of Arts from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts from Binghamton University.
