Evangeline Yeo

Evangeline Yeo serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition APAC Japan at CooperVision since 2023, following a tenure as Managing Director at Become Consulting Company Limited earlier in the same year. With extensive experience in talent acquisition, Evangeline held the position of Global Talent Acquisition Director - Innovation and Value at Biocon Biologics Limited from 2019 to 2020, focusing on executive-level searches and fostering collaboration with hiring managers. Prior experience includes serving as the Regional Talent Scout Lead APAC Pharma at Roche from 2014 to 2019, where Evangeline enhanced talent pipelines and represented the APAC region within the Global Talent Scout community. Earlier in the career, Evangeline worked in executive search for Korn/Ferry International from 2007 to 2014, specializing in life sciences and consumer markets. Academic pursuits include ongoing degrees in High Performance Leadership and Strategic HR Leadership, along with a Post-graduate Diploma in E-commerce and Marketing and a Bachelor's Degree in Arts and Social Sciences from the National University of Singapore.
