Jay Lee is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in digital strategy and e-business across various industries, including healthcare and consumer goods. Currently serving as the Head of Digital at CooperVision since April 2023, Jay previously held the position of Director Ebusiness at Medtronic from August 2022 to April 2023. At Johnson & Johnson Vision, Jay successfully led multiple initiatives as Director of the Myopia Digital Platform, where a category-level marketing strategy was developed to enhance engagement for myopia treatment, and as Global Director of CRM & Loyalty, where innovation in online and in-store experiences was achieved. Jay's earlier roles at Johnson & Johnson Vision Care and other organizations further solidified expertise in digital marketing, strategic planning, and cross-functional team leadership, supported by an MBA in marketing strategy from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
