Jody L. Speier Dietz

Jody L. Speier Dietz, MILR, LCCP, serves as an Organizational Development and Learning Consultant with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently, Jody is the Organizational Development Business Partner at CooperVision, contributing since November 2021. Prior roles include consulting for HR Works and Rochester Midland Corporation, where Jody led LMS integration projects and redesign initiatives for onboarding processes. As the Director of Education at Temple Beth El Rochester, Jody mentored a team dedicated to enriching Jewish youth through education and tradition. Jody's previous experience includes managerial positions at Hillside Family of Agencies and a lengthy tenure at Eastman Kodak Company, where Jody played a pivotal role in leadership development and organizational learning. Jody holds a Master's degree from Cornell University and a Bachelor's degree from Hamilton College, along with additional certifications in leadership coaching and employment strategies.
