Jen Blakey

Jen Blakey, Ed.D. has a strong background in organizational development, learning, and human resources. Jen started their career in 1996 at Gap, Inc., where they worked as a Staffing/Training Manager until 2001. Jen then transitioned into a role as a Human Resource Generalist until 2002. From 2002 to 2004, Jen worked as part of the Learning and Development team at Oakley. Since 2005, they have held the position of Vice President of Organizational Development and Learning / HR Business Partner at Irvine Company.

Jen Blakey, Ed.D. obtained a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree in Organizational Leadership from Brandman University in 2015. Jen holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Organizational Leadership, which was obtained from Chapman University, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English from the University of California, Irvine. Jen also has additional certifications in CPLP from the American Society of Training and Development and Organizational Development from Chapman University.
