Yogita Joshi

Yogita Joshi, MBA, MS, PMP®, CSM®, currently serves as the Director of Portfolio and Project Management at CooperVision, where responsibilities include establishing project and program management capabilities for the CooperSurgical IT organization, specifically for an ERP Business Transformation Program with a budget exceeding $30M annually. Previously, in a role as Senior Manager of Enterprise Portfolio Management, oversight included an extensive project portfolio of over 150 projects with a budget of more than $40M. Prior experience at Xerox encompasses significant leadership roles, including Director of PMO Operations, managing a $60M+ investment portfolio, and advancing various multi-phase business transformation initiatives. Yogita's early career included technical and managerial positions at firms such as Ciber Global and TCS, with a strong foundation in systems integration and software development. Yogita holds an Executive MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai.
