Susan Mount

Susan Mount, PMP, serves as the Director of Operations Portfolio and Project Management at Thermo Fisher Scientific, managing over $300M in annual capital capacity expansion programs to enhance supply availability for critical biologics and therapeutics. Previously, at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, Susan held the position of Senior Director for Global Process, Data, and Analytics, where leadership resulted in significant cost savings and robust data management strategies, and as Senior Director, Global Deployment Lead for ERP Solutions, achieved timely global IT system implementations post-divestiture. Earlier roles at EMD Millipore included directing portfolio and project management, successfully leading a large PMO through significant organizational restructuring. Susan's career began at Procter & Gamble (Gillette), where innovative program management initiatives significantly increased product launch effectiveness. Education includes a Master's Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
