Tony Macklin

Tony Macklin is the current Chief Product Officer at Coople. Tony has also previously worked as the Director of Product at Immediate Media Co, VP of Product at Ancestry.com, Director of Product Management at eBay Inc., and VP of European Product at Ask.com.

Tony has experience in product management and in leading teams through periods of rapid growth. At Immediate Media Co, they were responsible for bootstrapping new digital businesses and introducing a culture of product-led development and agile methodologies across a portfolio of responsive sites and apps. Tony successfully scaled the product, development, UX, design, and operational teams from 30 to 150 members.

At Ancestry.com, Tony led the product management of search and core site functionality during a period of rapid growth from 800k to over 2M subscribers globally. And at eBay Inc., they were responsible for the product management of the eBay marketplace.

Tony Macklin studied management science at the University of Warwick before completing their schooling at Hereford Sixth Form and Weobley.
