Ludovic Björk

Ludovic Björk is a Learning & Development Specialist at Coor, where the primary objective is to inspire and engage managers and colleagues across all organizational levels. Since August 2009, Ludovic has been responsible for the implementation and development of the "Service i Stjärnklass" service concept within the Swedish organization. Ludovic also has experience in sales and marketing for conference and banquet facilities gained during tenure at Vasakronan Service Partner from September 2009, where a strategic framework was established. In addition, Ludovic is the Owner of Whitiwhiti by Ludovic, which focuses on promoting collaboration and motivation within teams. Previous roles include Sales Manager and Site Manager at Vasakronan Service Partner and a Site Manager/Restaurant Manager at Eurest. Ludovic holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from IHTTI School of Hotel Management and is trained in employee engagement through the Disney Institute.
