Patrik Bäckström

Patrik Bäckström has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Patrik currently holds the position of Vice President Strategic Business Architecture at Coor, a role they have been in since November 2023. Prior to this, they served as Strategic Process Development and Business Architecture at Coor from June 2021 to November 2023.

Before joining Coor, Patrik worked at SJ AB from June 2018 to June 2021, where they were responsible for Process and Information Management. Patrik also has a significant tenure at Sustento Consulting, where they worked as a Management Consultant and Partner from January 2008 to June 2018. During this time, Patrik gained expertise in Interim Management, Supply Chain Management, and Information Management, and developed strong skills in process development and transformation.

Patrik's career began at Accenture, where they worked as a Manager from January 2001 to January 2008. In summary, Patrik Bäckström has a broad range of experience in various strategic and operational roles, particularly in the areas of business architecture, process development, and management consulting.

Patrik Bäckström obtained their Msc degree in Industrial Economics and Management from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1996 to 2000.
