Program Lead, Regional Peer Workforce - Wellbeing And Priority Populations at COORDINARE - South Eastern NSW PHN

Courtney Cross currently serves as the Project Coordinator for the Regional Peer Workforce in Mental Health Commissioning at COORDINARE, focusing on the development and expansion of the Peer Workforce in regional and rural contexts. Prior to this role, Courtney held various positions at batyr, including Lived Experience Training and Youth Insights Lead, and Lived Experience Coordinator, where the emphasis was on quality management of training programs and youth empowerment in mental health. Experience also includes roles at Arc @ UNSW as Student Engagement Coordinator, Philanthropy Coordinator, and Wellness Coordinator, contributing to student support and engagement initiatives. Earlier career experience includes presenting seminars on study skills with Elevate Education. Courtney is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy while holding a Bachelor's degree in Psychological Science from UNSW.
