Kylie Flament serves as the CEO of the Social Enterprise Council of NSW & ACT (SECNA) since November 2022, focusing on enhancing the visibility of social enterprises and promoting business for good. Additionally, since October 2022, Kylie has been an Expert in Residence at iAccelerate, supporting start-ups and scale-ups in various sectors including social impact and the circular economy. Kylie's commitment to community advocacy is evident through roles such as a Regional Expert Panel Member for the Department of Regional NSW and a Founding Member of Circular Plastics Illawarra. Previously, Kylie held leadership positions including Non-Executive Director at Flame Tree Community Food Co-operative and General Manager at Green Connect Illawarra. Kylie's accolades include recognition as a Commonwealth Innovation Ambassador following a significant award for innovation in sustainable development. Educational qualifications include an MBA and a Master of Management from Macquarie Business School, along with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Otago and a DEUF in International Commerce from Université Jean Moulin.

COORDINARE works directly with GPs, other primary health care providers, secondary health care providers and hospitals to improve and better coordinate care across the local health system, for patients requiring care from multiple providers or at risk of poor health outcomes. We find innovative ways of building ‘one coordinated and sustainable health system’ which ensures improved health outcomes, better consumer experiences, enhanced provider satisfaction and increased value for money.
